What is Pop Cart Party?
Pop Cart Party is a boutique event rental business offering stylish and customizable pop-up carts for all types of celebrations—birthdays, weddings, baby showers, corporate events, and more. Our carts are designed to be a unique, eye-catching detail that elevates any event.
What’s included with a cart rental?
Each rental includes:
One fully assembled event cart
Setup and breakdown
Optional rental add-ons like smoothie/coffee/cotton candy machines, display pedestals and more
How long is the rental period?
Standard rentals are for up to 6 hours, with the option to extend for an additional fee. Delivery, setup, and pickup time are not included in your rental hours. Pick up and drop off options available.
Do you deliver and set up the cart?
Yes! To ensure a stress-free experience we’ll bring the cart to your location and handle the setup—so you don’t have to! Styling and decorating are all yours, giving you the freedom to make it your own. A delivery fee may apply based on the event location.
Can I customize the cart for my theme or event?
Absolutely! Because Pop Cart Party was born from the creative mind of a wedding photographer we have a natural eye for styling. We’ll gladly work with you to tailor the look to fit your event vision.
What can the cart be used for?
Our carts are perfect for:
Dessert or candy bars
Champagne or beverage stations
Welcome tables
Party favors or guest sign-ins
Photo backdrops
Charcuterie tables
Popsicle or beverage chillers — perfect for the Texas heat
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and allow time for customizations. Popular dates may book out much sooner.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the Dallas Fort Worth and surrounding areas. Contact us for availability if you’re outside of our standard delivery zone.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 1 week before your event.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable under certain conditions.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Friends and family can contribute toward your rental with our Pop Cart Party gift cards—perfect for weddings, birthdays, or baby showers.
